Fantastic ocean get away

La Isla Verde is close to many attractions, in addition to beaches. Short ride to the Fort and Old San Juan. Day trip to the Rainforest. Many bars/restaurants and conveniences such as groceries and Walgreens are within walking distance. The property is safe and well kept, as is the apartment itself. Plenty room for 6 adults in our family. Balcony views are spectacular.

December Stay

This was a fantastic location for our December stay in Puerto Rico. Close to old town but also quick/ way access to freeways and other locations on the island. I also really appreciated the abundance food and grocery options within walking distance of the property. Beach access was nice, although it the security measures to get in and out were a bit of a hassle. I get why they were in place, just found them a bit tedious. The condo itself was plenty spacious for myself, my wife, our two adult children and a plus 1. We easily could have slept another 2-3 people in the unit. There was plenty of closet space for everyone’s needs as well. There were plenty of amenities provided that were nice. I’m assuming many were purchased by past guests who didn’t want to bring beach gear home with them. If you happened to enjoy the boogie boards, those were our contribution. We’re the type of travelers that don’t spend much time in our hotel/ condo, we’re generally out early, home late and don’t spend time lounging or cooking at our “home base.” This condo suited our travel style. I don’t know if i would have enjoyed it as much if I were spending a great deal of time there. The kitchen is tiny. I’d hate to try to prepare a full meal in there. We also dealt with a number of mechanical issues, a reflection of the overall age and condition of the property as a whole.

Great area and beach

Beautiful condo. Easy to get around. Took an Uber to Old San Juan and to and from the airport. Amazing view from the 16th floor. We were also able to get an 11:00 check out.

Wow

This is an amazing unit. 16th floor 3 Br in a unit that wraps around the west end of the building so that you have views in 3 directions: balcony towards the ocean, west towards old San Juan, and south over the lagoon (from the bedrooms). It is well furnished and nicely decorated and includes beach equipment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and spent much of our time enjoying the views and hanging out in the living room and on the balcony.

A+Location, needs some updates, would rent again!

We were very intentional about reserving this condo. We want to honestly review our stay. PROS: - great location: 10 min from airport, 15 min to old San Juan, Ubers always available, walgreeens/cvs across the street, market .7 miles away (walkable), restaurants across the street and within 20 min walk, ON THE BEACH - and it is beautiful, tours for El Yunque will pick you up from here. - owner/renting company is organized, well versed in renting VRBOs, easy to communicate with, check in/out so easy, constant communication - The property had everything we needed! Beds are comfortable, enough beach/bath towels, complete kitchen, laundry was great, beach chairs/toys, TVs, AWESOME air conditioner, great security, parking if you need it - The host company left a welcome package that was PERFECT - just enough basic food staples so we didn’t have to hit the grocery store the evening we got in … we were grateful for this! CONS: - The property is dated, even with some of the ‘updates’. Not sure why the master bath was not ‘updated’ while other things were. - The property was neat and picked up, but floors, bathroom floors, etc were collectively dirty - I understand it is a rental and not a home. - WiFi/tv are spotty - just a word of warning if you must work 8 hours a day. - The condo bedrooms FACE the main drag it is busy and LOUD - bring earplugs, but we slept fine. All in all, we would rent again and we have rented MANY places for vacations - it basically fit 99% of our needs!

Wonderful

The apartment is in a very safe and well maintained building, with direct access to the sea. The location is perfect for swimming, beach walking, and dining. Everything was as described, and the management company was excellent.

Vacation Marbella Condo - Oeste

My family and I enjoyed our vacation at Lady of Spain. It was everything as advertised. The condo was lovely, but the kichen was outdated, it did not impact our vacation. Very spacious, view from the balcony and kitchen window was spectacular. The only downside, although we were on the 16th floor, we could hear the noise outside while sleeping, if you're a heavy sleeper it should not be an issue. Overall had a wonderful time, not to mentionthe beach and pool was right as soon as you step outside. I rated overal 4 stars ONLY because noise at night and entry to garage was complicated. I would definitely recommend this place!

Clean and Comfortable

I would definitely stay here again. The location right by the beach (balcony view), a 24hr Walgreens, a 24hr grocery store and multiple restaurants were key. The hosts were also nice enough to provide some food basics (and a few beers) as well. There were even beach chairs and beach toys for the little ones to enjoy. The place was clean and comfortable and the hosts were communicative and easy to work with.

Nice apartment in the best location

Nice apartment in the heart of Isla Verde. As a 3 bed/2 bath unit, it accommodated my wife and 2 adult children very comfortably. The unit is a little dated (kitchen, bathrooms) but everything was in working order and we enjoyed our stay very much. It is right on the beach and the view simply can't be beat.
