I frequently stay at various rental properties during my vacation travels and have never had to leave a negative review. Unfortunately, I must do so on this occasion. I have been to Puerto Rico numerous times and always enjoyed my stay at other properties. Upon check out at this home, we followed all of the check out guidelines (which we first needed to request via message, since none were written anywhere). Several days later, we were told that five large towels were missing and two medium ones as well, so a portion of our deposit was kept as payment. All of those towels were placed exactly where requested, but still marked as missing. Also, upon arrival, there were several leftover items from previous renters in the refrigerator, which showed the cleaning process was not as thorough as it could have been. Although we also had to purchase our own washcloths, we were not overly surprised and did so willingly. This property is very poorly managed and will unfortunately never see us stay here again.
