generator will help keep you comfortable.



The vibrant atmosphere of Puerto Rico means street noise is part of the experience. If you're a light sleeper, consider bringing earplugs. Additionally, while we do our best to keep insects away, the tropical weather here means they can be a bit persistent. There are seasonal bugs that are attracted to light, so we advise turning off the lights to encourage them to move away.

🚽 Toilets

To help prevent plumbing issues, please flush only toilet paper in moderate amounts. Do not flush feminine hygiene products, wipes, paper towels, or any other items down the toilet. Please dispose of these items in the trash bins provided. Thank you for helping us prevent clogs and plumbing issues.



🔇 Noise

The property is located in a residential neighborhood. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and be respectful of our neighbors.



🚭 Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $500 penalty fee will apply for any smoking-related violations.



💡 ❄️ Air Conditioning & Lights

When leaving the property to explore the area, please turn off all lights and set the A/C to a higher temperature or turn it off when possible. This helps conserve energy and supports our sustainability efforts.
