Almost Great but has Flaws

The condo was clean and the king size bed was comfortable. The air conditioners worked perfectly. It was remodeled a number of years ago but could stand a little updating - pealing paint, clean couch for example. The unit had a number of problems. When we got to the condo the rental agent had not sent instructions on how to enter the property. It was resolved within 15 minutes but it was annoying. There was no coffee table in the living room even though one is pictured in the photos of the condo. There was a shortage of glasses, placemats, can opener and sheet pans. Some of the items were delivered when requested but others were not. At beginning of our second week, once again we couldn’t get into the condo. A locksmith was dispatched and after an hour the issue was resolved. The unit overlooks the loading dock of the Sonesta Hotel. It was noisy but with the doors and windows closed it was not too bothersome. Coral Beach is a great complex but the unit has flaws.

Everything was super clean and upgraded in the apt. The AC was amazing , The bed was comfortable

We will definitely be returning to this Virbo Everything was amazing, The bed was great, The pool, the beach, the gated community was amazing percks- the balcony with a view of the ocean The place was super clean and the host kept in contact with us to see if everything was good i loved that we got a list of recommended places to go and eat that made our stay special thank you so much God willing we will book again in May

Heart of Isla Verde Beach

We just returned from our week stay at the condo and the location was prime. It was a 7-10 min ride to the airport which was super nice. The condo was pretty nice, not as updated as i thought it would be but if your not spending alot of time in the room it was perfect for us. The bed was super comfortable and a huge walk in closet which was nice to have the extra space. The air conditioner worked great and the water pressure was super strong. I wanted a patio to drink coffee on in the morning and just thought the views were going to be better/closer than expected. There is a resort hotel right outside the patio/bedroom which did wake us up frequently due to unloading food orders/ or trash pick ups etc. Was super loud. The condo facilities were very clean not to busy at all and super safe (building was outdated) but worked for our wants and needs. I didnt realize the pool was in the shade 80% of the day this time of year so that was a bummer it was to chilly to get in while shaded. The beach access was super nice and quick to get to. It was a very busy beach area.I recommend renting beach chairs and umbrellas out on the beach made it super easy and were affordable. Lots of local vendors on the beach selling food. There is also a few great beach bars right next door which were crazy busy (30-45 min wait all day and night) if you are just traveling with two then you can get a spot at the bar which worked for us. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will be back soon! Thank you :)

Quite a Bargain

This is a new listing and comes as advertised. Because it's new it still needs some breaking in to get that 'homey' feeling but it's very clean and well maintained. Everyone I met in the building, beach and pool areas were very friendly. The manager, Beatrice, is nearby and always just a phone call away. Considering the terrific location on Isla Verde beach it's quite a bargain at the current price.
