The Space:

On the ground floor of a gated property on a quiet street in Condado, this two-bedroom apartment is an easy, step-free base for families, friends and travelers with pets. Sleeps up to 4 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, in about 600 sq ft.



Living area: a bright open space with a comfortable sofa, a smart TV and a breakfast bar with stools that flows into the kitchen.

Kitchen: a full kitchen with a full-size fridge, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, cookware and wine glasses.

Bedroom 1: a queen bed with a rattan frame, split A/C, open closet and curtains you can close for full privacy.

Bedroom 2: a full bed with bedside lamps and split A/C.

Bathroom: a full bathroom with a shower and vessel sink, stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.



Outdoors: the shared pool, framed by a wooden pergola, tropical plants, lounge chairs and a sun umbrella, is open daily from 8 AM to 10 PM. The communal laundry room with washer and dryer is right next to Unit 6, open from 8 AM to 8 PM, and beach chairs and towels are ready for the walk to the sand.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire apartment, as well as the property's shared amenities and common areas.

Check-in is self-service: a keypad next to the wooden gate marked 1127 opens the property, and your personal code is sent before arrival. Once inside, turn left, follow the path and turn right to reach Unit 6, all on one level with no stairs. On-site parking, through the entrance on Calle Luisa, is shared among the property's units on a first-come, first-served basis and isn't guaranteed; street parking in Condado is limited.



The Neighborhood:

Condado is San Juan's most polished beach district, and Casa Piccioni sits on its quiet residential side, a few blocks from the ocean, the lagoon and Ashford Avenue. It's an easy fit for families and pet owners who want to walk to the beach by day and to dinner by night.

- Condado Beach: about a 5–7 minute walk

- Laguna del Condado: the lagoon and its waterfront paths, just around the corner

- Ashford Avenue: Condado's main strip of shops, cafés and hotels, a short walk away

Nearby places to eat:

- Ropa Vieja Grill (a local favorite for Puerto Rican food, at Condado and Ashford avenues)

- El Jefe (a casual neighborhood spot on Magdalena Avenue)

- Ashford Avenue's strip of restaurants and bars, a short walk away



Getting Around:

Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) is about 15 minutes away by car, and Old San Juan about 10 minutes.

- On foot: the beach, the lagoon, restaurants, pharmacies and small grocery stores are all walkable

- Uber and Lyft: plentiful in Condado and usually minutes away

- Taxis: available at the airport and along Ashford Avenue

- Rental car: on-site parking is shared and not guaranteed, so a car is optional here

- Check-in begins at 4 PM local time.

- Checkout is at 11 AM local time.

- To ensure a smooth arrival for incoming guests, please honor the checkout time.

- Unauthorized late checkouts will incur an additional fee.

- The reservation must be booked by a legal adult; children are welcome to stay as part of the group.

Keep in Mind (House Rules)

- Parties, smoking, or loud gatherings aren't permitted.

- Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM.

- The pool is shared with other guests of the property and open daily from 8 AM to 10 PM; the communal laundry is open from 8 AM to 8 PM.

- Pets are welcome for a $150 fee per stay; please keep them off the beds and clean up after them in the shared garden.



Online Check-In and Verification

- Once you complete your online check-in, you'll receive the instructions to access the property.

- A simple rental agreement ensures clarity and ease; by completing your reservation you agree to our rental terms and conditions.

- To meet legal and building security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact info, complete our verification portal and, in some cases, a background check. This information is collected only for screening/verification purposes and is not stored or used otherwise.



Utilities & Weather in Puerto Rico

- Electricity Management: Due to the energy situation in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria, power outages can occur from time to time. We have a backup generator so you're never left in the dark, though its runtime depends on responsible use. During an outage, we recommend limiting higher-draw items — A/C, microwave, hair dryer, washer/dryer, and chargers — so the generator lasts as long as possible for everyone.

- Water Supply: Water outages are uncommon, and we're prepared with backup water tanks on-site. If an external service interruption happens, we recommend using water only for the essentials and pausing the washing machine until service is restored.

- Extended Outages: If an outage lasts more than 3 hours and you choose to stay, you may request a refund for the affected nights. If you'd prefer to cancel the remainder of your stay, you may request a refund for the unused nights.

- Hurricane & Storm Policy: We want your stay to be safe, but weather is out of our control. No refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations; however, in the event of a storm, we're happy to help you reschedule, subject to calendar availability.
