'The overall property and location were excellent and as advertised. However, being next to one of the main public beaches made for many loud and late nights. Not many food spots within walking distance except a breakfast dinner across the street which was really convenient and food/staff were great.'

'This was easy and so perfect for our large families. Lots of room with lots of space. Lots to do. Plenty of privacy. Bocce ball, pool, large outdoor patio area. I would not hesitate to rent this again if we return to the area. It was so much better than the photos. A car is necessary for this location but very worth it. 'Beautiful Condo. Beautiful Views. We have stayed at Casa Del Mar before, but only at hotel. This stay was even better. We had a guest wheelchair bound and only one room and bathroom is wheelchair accessible. We were also able to use the handicap bathroom in the lobby which was fairly close. Grounds are gorgeous. The beach is always quiet and peaceful, if you stay out of the water. There are two restaurants on site and a nice bar, but the food almost everywhere in Cabo is now fairly expensive. In...

'This property was perfect for our family of 9. The rooms are separated giving everyone privacy. The pool and hot tub were a big hit. The two 8 year old girls were in the pool every day. It was well worth the price to have the pool heated. The hot tub is very large. The house is in a beautiful and safe community and is close enough to Cabo for enjoying various tours and close to some lovely beaches.'

'We loved everything about this house except that the downstairs rooms are only accessible from the patio. No interior stairwell/hallway. We learned upon arrival that this hacienda style is common in Palmilla. We adjusted to it (momma had her monitors for the babies and the toddler), and had a great time. The bedrooms and bathrooms are incredibly spacious and the location is perfect - great pool/outdoor space and a five minute walk to the beach. The pool had a shallow area where the little ones could play, a spa for the mid-age kids and a deeper end for the bigger kids (adults). Gloria set up the Welcome treats and it was great. 'Had a pleasant stay. The contact phone number provided by Expedia did not work. It was nice that Expedia reached out by email and gave us the email and updated number. Carpet was dirty, not what you expect from such a nice condo. The resort itself presented it self very well, with nice pools and nice restaurants.'

'The adjoining rooms option was very nice for groups. We love the easy access to the town square, shops, and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the day at the beach using the chairs, umbrellas, towels, cooler, and even a speaker loaned to us for free. We would love to return. '
