Villa Laura nestled in the hill of Francavilla al Mare 4km from the beach

The villa is located about 4km from the beaches of fine golden sand of Francavilla al Mare, 5 km from Pescara airport and its center and 7 km from Chieti.
Upon arrival you will be welcomed by me and my family in the cool of the porch adjacent to the garden and equipped with barbecue, table and chairs.
The villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden, equipped with benches and hammocks at your complete disposal.
It is composed of an entrance hall, an open space equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa, table and TV, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi for 2 people and another with a shower.
Each room is equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets, as well as security gratings.
Equipped with all the comforts, the villa can accommodate 7 people.

Available to customers, upon request, we have a changing table, equipped with a washing basin, a cot for children up to 4 years and a crib for children up to 2 years.
Breakfast will be offered for the first day of stay.
My family and I, during your stay, will live in our lovely tavern, which has independent access, we will be on hand for advice and help, but never intrusive and respectful of your freedom.
The garden and the house will be for your exclusive use, while the tavern and the garden below are for my family's use
The downstairs is divided from the upper one by gates and a soundproof door to protect your privacy.
We have a dog that has access only in the tavern area and in the garden below.
For us it is a protection against thieves as well as part of the family.
