'We chose Pistoia as the base for a two-day visit to Florence. This plan worked great. Hosts Carlo and Lucia have a quirky compound located a short walk from the train station. 'This is a new hotel in the outskirts of Pistoia. This is no disadvantage, as Pistoia is a rather small town. All amenities are excellent, as is the service. The restaurant provides excellent food at reasonable prices. All in all an excellent choice.'
