« Beautiful landscape with awesome swimming pool and ocean view but the property is somewhat rundown. Itâs not being maintained. The hardware in my bathroom is rusty. Definitely looks old and it smelled like sewer after taking a long shower. Room is big but very dull. No character for what is advertised as 5 star hotel. Breakfast is a typical Filipino breakfast; not exciting for a hotel rated as 5 star. »

« Very clean, with kind, welcoming staff and peaceful atmosphere.
The music played outdoor breaks this feeling a bit.
Beach is next door, with security staff always watching over, and while downtown is rather far the tricycle comes fast enough after a call from the lobby. »

« I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it felt much closer to a 3-star experience than the advertised 4 stars. For a property charging over $250 per night, the overall value and quality were disappointing.
One major issue was the TV entertainment. There were virtually no channels available , not even basic local channels. The only option was to log into Netflix or other streaming services using your personal account, which can be difficult or impossible for international travelers...

« Hotel conçu pour un climat chaud ( air conditionné, ventilateur, trÚs aéré ) mais Baguio, c'est la montage, 1 500 m d'altitude. Donc il fait froid partout : chambre, salle de bain, restaurant.
Pas de chauffage dans les chambres. Des ouvertures partout, c'est bien pour la proximité avec la nature, mais des courants d'air qui amplifient le froid.
Hotel avec un beau potentiel, mais pas adapté au froid, c'est dommage. »

« Its very easy to find and its close to The Mansion. The room are nice except the floors in one bedroom is outdated and needs replacements. Theres no knives or chopping board in their kitchen.Rhe crew are very nice and very attentive. Will recommend for the family. The room are big enough for 8 people. We will definitely stay again if we come back. »
