Villa Chiesetti is a beautiful property that is located in a panoramic position at 320 mt / 1050 ft above sea level, in a beautiful estate in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. The surrounding park overlooks endless expanses of vineyards, olive groves, and olive trees as well as offering a splendid view of the Duomo of Florence, which is only 10 km / 6 miles away. The garden surrounding the villa has many places for relaxation and fun such as the pool, a tennis court, soccer field, bocce court, and several paths for pleasant walks. A lovely gazebo has a table and chairs for 8/10 that in the summer is an extraordinary inviting space overlooking the breathtaking view. Finally the garden has a barbecue and a vegetable garden, as well as a private car park, which is essential to reach the property.

Tennis Court
f you are a sporting type, you can enjoy a proper tennis court surrounded by the greenery of the garden and sheltered from the wind by the tall trees. You can also use the two soccer goals on the sides of the court for a quick and funny soccer game. If you want to play one of the more traditional Italian games, there is also a pristine red clay court for a game of bowls

Ground floor:
A pleasant hallway introduces guests to 2 spacious and comfortable living rooms, furnished with taste and attention to detail, where ancient and modern come together in elegant and balanced way. Soft colors combined with exquisite items of furniture create great elegance and sophisticated environments that invite relaxation and conversation. On the same floor is a beautiful dining room overlooking the garden, embellished with a long table for meals and framed by a large fireplace that makes it even more welcoming in winter. Following is an efficient and fully equipped kitchen as well as a half bath. The ground floor houses the large master bedroom with its own bathroom equipped with accessories and quality components.
First floor:
The entire floor is dedicated to the sleeping area with 5 luxurious, elegantly furnished, double bedrooms as well as 2 delightful double bedrooms with twin beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with modern and comfortable furniture, which recalls the style of the room they belong to. A small flight of stairs leads to a further mezzanine occupied by another bedroom with bathroom.

Tower:
The top floor of the villa is the tower that houses a charming sitting room with 4 large windows. This extraordinary space, furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs arranged in a square around a small table, offers an amazing 360 degree view of the surrounding countryside. The tower is the perfect place to relax with a good book or to spend a romantic evening after dinner.

This extraordinary property has welcomed many distinguished guests such as Prince Charles and Princess Diana who stayed here in March of 1986 on the occasion of their first trip to Italy.
The Villa has air conditioning, even if it is not absolutely necessary due to its cool and elevated position. Wi-Fi internet connection is available.
