The villa is only 2 km away from the cozy town of San casciano dei Bagni, which is also reachable by a nice walking path.

The villa as a fenced private garden surrounded by the typical local nature with cypress threes, olive groves and wineries. There is a wonderful private swimming pool of 15x8 mt, with walk in steps which can be heated upon request, it is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas. A covered patio equipped with table and chairs, and BBQ for enjoying al fresco meals; and a Ping pong table.

Villa la Foresta is an ancient farmhouse dated back to 1700, it develops in two floors and features at the ground floor a large living room with elegant sofas, satellite TV, and fireplace, dining room with large table and fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities needed such as electric oven, professional espresso machine, fridge with freezer and dishwasher.
One queen size bedroom with private bathroom; and three king size bedrooms with private bathrooms all with a shower stall; one singe bedroom, and laundry room with wash and dryer.
First Floor: a Super king size bedroom with private bathroom with shower and bath tub, Bedroom with king size bed and ansuite bathroom with shower. Complete the floor a louge room with fireplace and TV with DVD.
The villa is fully air conditioned, has internet wifi, Satellite TV, courtesy line in each bathroom, windows screens.

Neighborhood and distances:
Villa La Foresta is only 2 km away from San Casciano dei Bagni which offers services such as grocery, restaurants, etc. this area if famous for the thermal baths and as well for some of greatest wineries; The UNESCO Val d’Orcia is a short drive which is offering a wonderful panorama with green hills.
With 30-minute drive guests can reach towns like Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pienza, Civita di bagnoreggio, Castiglione del Lago, (lake with beaches). Orvieto is about 50 km; Siena 90 km; Perugia 60 km; Rome Airport 170 km.
