Kitchen fully equipped, even had spices and appliances. A nice home away from home. Our bedroom even had extra stand up fans in the closet that worked perfectly. The only downside was that we arrived and found out the hot tub was the same temperature as the pool, in mid November. I reached out to the owners via the app and received a response that the hot tub is not a “hot” tub and it was part of the description details that it’s the same temp as the pool. I do remember specifically looking for places that had a working hot tub and I know I double and triple checked to read all the fine print on the final 3 properties before selecting one to ensure this was a feature we could enjoy during our stay. I did not read that anywhere until after we checked in and I reached out to ask how to turn on the hot tub. I should have read the reviews as someone mentioned it, but had this been full summer weather weekend, this would have been a perfect 5 star stay all the way. I personally loved the location.

We recently stayed for my son’s 16th birthday (seven total). It was the perfect house for group to relax after a day at Fiesta, TX. Plenty of room for all boys to sleep comfortably. Kitchen well stocked to make dinner. Pool was excellent and clean with plenty of outdoor seating and lounging space. Quiet neighborhood and backstop of golf course perfect. Pool table and video game for extra fun! Highly recommend staying here.

Family reunion.

Close and convient to family. My family hade a great time. The common rooms worked great to for the entire family. Good space overall. Backyard is also a joy weather permitting of course. Would stay again.

Not sure about the property

I would like to start by saying the communication was stellar. The property itself needed some help. There are several areas of the homes that need some up keep. During our stay there were at least 3 if not 4 vendors that arrived at the property to do things like landscaping, pool work, extermination, etc. that we were not made aware of and since one of the door to enter the property was broken and wouldn’t truly lock we felt obligated to stay in the house more often until the vendors were gone. The property just left a lot to the imagination and the amount of bugs kept us from being outside too much. Maybe I’m just used to a little more when I rent properties but even my property manager friend from SA said it was not what she was expecting and was sad she referred it to me. Hopefully some repairs will be made to make it better.

Much better options

Bottle caps and cigarettes covered the yard. A/C could not cool the house down. Trash cans were already full when we arrived. For the price of this place, you can find a much nicer place. Would not recommend this property.

Good for family

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds are super comfortable, the dining table is conveniently large, nice kitchen and good supplies, and the kids loved the game room. Although smart TVs are everywhere now it was great to have that so we can have various platforms to watch tv/movies on. The pool and hot tub were lovely despite it being chilly the week we were there.

RUN DON’T RENT

I’ve rented for over 20 years here on this site and this property is a fail. It’s dirty and the hot tub is 85 degrees per the owners email. Hot tubs are supposed to be 101 or above to enjoy the benefit from it. Don’t advertise you have that amenity if you’re not able to use it. The linens need to be trashed and start over, they are worn out and thread bare. The beds sit too low, not even an average bed height. It’s noisy from the busy street but I did read that in previous reviews so I went in knowing that so can’t blame the homeowner for that. Blinds are broken in places in the master bedroom. Check in was difficult due to code not working nor the lockbox code for the key. Called twice and got a voicemail for help. Finally Brenda, the owner’s secretary called but let’s just say she’s less than hospitable. Killed a roach while in the bathroom. On the plus side if you can overlook all the above, the kitchen and living area are nice. Secretary said he owned 25 properties so I’m only guessing he doesn’t go by and check them or stay overnight to see what his guests are experiencing. I usually give 5 stars to my stays just to give you an idea about how I normally rate my stays. Sorry, this one needs a HUGE over haul.

Beautiful backyard

We only stayed one night here, but it was a great stay. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool and the sitting area in the backyard was beautiful. We weren’t able to figure out how to turn the heat on to the hot tub, but since we only stayed one night there really wasn’t time to message the owner to figure out if the hot tub heater was actually working or not.

Great for large family!

We stayed here with our grown children, their spouses and 5 grandkids. We enjoyed swimming daily, close to Walmart. Nice quiet neighborhood! Beds were okay, soft memory foam platform beds - not the worst we've had. The pool was great! Hot tub jets didn't work - but we didn't mind since it was 100 degreesor hotter everyday (seems to be a common issue). The young ones enjoyed the "little pool" as they called it! Overall- we loved it and would stay again! Thank you!
