Stayed March 2026 expecting a safe, fully functional property, but that was not the case.There were multiple safety concerns, including loose tiles around the pool and tile near the doors that got wet and created a slipping risk. The back door required two hands to operate, and during our stay, my daughter slipped near the door that required only one hand and was injured. There were also maintenance issues inside, including a cabinet that would not close properly and was frequently in the way.The pool was dirty upon arrival. I contacted the host immediately and did not receive a response for several hours. The pool was not serviced until about 1 PM the following day, which limited our ability to use it for a significant portion of our stay, which is why we chose this property. Trash bins were also overflowing, and it appeared they had not been fully emptied prior to arrival.Several items were in poor condition (knives bending during use, broken pool sticks), and the listing photos appear outdated and do not reflect the current condition of the property. Also, the showers only produced lukewarm water during our stay.These issues were not disclosed prior to arrival, and we were not offered an option to relocate. Communication from the host was very limited and delayed. For the amount paid for two nights, this experience did not meet our expectations. I would recommend future guests confirm the current condition of the property before booking.
