We had a great mini weekend get away. The house IS beautiful. We visited San Antonio for my son's birthday. The house was spacious and filled with more items than we expected (toiletries, bath and pool towels, kitchen amenities and supplies). Loved the coffee bar. The 2 fridges came in handy and were very clean. The kitchen had an electric range top which we're not used to and range top was a bit small but it all worked great. Lots of comfortable sitting areas. The game room was very nice. Two arcade games which was cool as it brought back memories from the 80s, LOL. Rooms were very comfy and the entire house esp restrooms were very clean. The backyard was also beautiful and the pool was very well kept. Everyone enjoyed being in the pool; again, lots of sitting areas. Did not encounter any issues where we needed to contact host. Host sent clear instructions before and during our stay. Would definitley recommend this home!

Fantastic stay overall! The hosts took care to keep toiletries well stocked, and there were plenty of towels/dishes available to accommodate guests. Checkout instructions were clear and reasonable. We had a group of 8 adults and 5 kids. There was plenty of space to spread out. Some games may be out of order from time to time, but that is expected at any rental due to repair times/cost. Most of the games worked well, and there was plenty of variety to keep everyone busy. Pool was well maintained and clean. There are trees in the area, so leaves may need to be scooped out from time to time based on guest preference.If you are doing traditional tourist stuff, we found that SeaWorld, Six Flags, Natural Bridge Caverns, Animal World and Snake Farm, SA Zoo, SA Botanical Gardens, Brackenridge Park, and downtown San Antonio were all within a 15-30 minute drive. The airport is very close and convenient to get too. There are several good restaurants within 10 mins of the house. We tried out Los Azulejos, European Dumpling Cafe, Gino’s Deli, and Pizza Break. I would recommend all of them. Overall, this was a great VRBO experience and the hosts know how to do things right!

Nice place lots of activities

Our stay was good. The house could have been cleaner. There were fingerprints all over the fridges and the cabinets. The pictures definitely do it justice. It is a lot bigger in the ad than it is in real life. The game room was a nice option to have for younger people. we definitely missed not having a hot tub.

Great time!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was clean and well kept. They had so much available in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. We didn’t have to bring much it was wonderful. Location was great for us to go to Alamo and Sea World. We would stay again for sure!

Fantastic place!

This is a beautiful, spacious property in a quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and the airport. It was perfect for our girls trip and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend by the pool. The hosts were very attentive and responded quickly to messages. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Family Trip

House was beautiful, clean and met the needs of my family ranging in ages from 3-45. Kids loved the game room and had a blast! The house was the most well stocked house we’ve ever stayed in! Every last detail was considered from extra blankets and pillows to kitchen appliances and utensils to toiletries and most importantly the amazing coffee bar! Perfect spot

This property was perfect for our group of 9! Plenty of space to hang out together and still plenty of room for everyone to have their own space when desired. Rules & check in/out procedures were clearly communicated and completely reasonable. The few questions we did have were answered promptly. Everything was great and as expected based on the listing and pictures. In addition, the house was well labelled -- light switches, fan switches, cupboards, etc were all clearly labelled which made everything that much easier. Pool was perfect and the kids couldn't get enough swimming, nice that it was heated so they could keep swimming into the evening. Great location, even though close to the airport there was no issue with airplane noise. Would definitely stay again when travelling in the San Antonio area.

Spanish Hacienda - Truly a Dream Home

I can’t say enough good things about this property. We checked out from a 10 day vacation today and we are sad to leave. There were 14 of us and we ALL loved the home.The pictures were a perfect representation of the property. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought and effort to provide an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We all plan on staying here again. If you are a large group, definitely plan for some down time to enjoy the home and all it has to offer. Put a Pool Tournament and Foosball tournament on your list of things to do!!

Perfect Accommodations for multi family

This home was perfect for a Family of 4 ( ages 15-65) another family of 5 ( ages 3-45) and a Family of 3 ( ages 15-48) to join together for 4 days and 5 nights. Plenty of space for food prep and storage - easy access to amenities and activities including a Gymnastic Meet in the downtown convention center. Also, so close to the airport - but I swear I never heard a plane! Really beautiful and full of games and activities for all ages.

Beautiful property!

The property is beautiful and we enjoyed out stay. Much care was taken to provide a comfortable enjoyable experience and it was much appreciated. We have rented many VRBO homes and the extra small touches provided by this property were amazing! Our party believed that while beautiful, the beds were too hard. We recommend this property!

Weekend with Friends

This Spanish hacienda was even more beautiful in person. We had 4 families stay in the home last weekend and everyone enjoyed all the amenities, from the coffee bar to the heated pool that felt amazing. The kids really enjoyed it. We are not used to enjoying a pool in this cool weather. Thank you, David and Marcela, for sharing your beautiful home with us. We had a great time. :)

AMAZING HOUSE!!! BOOK NOW!

I was looking for a house to host my daughter's babyshower so I reached out to inquire if they would allow me to hold a baby shower. David replied back so quickly. I was nervous since it was a new listing on VRBO with no reviews so asked if we could tour it in person. David was very accommodating to schedule a visit even though they were still renovating. The house is beautiful and the pictures don't do it justice! All the guests loved the house! My daughter's shower was perfect thanks to this house😁 We didn't use the pool table or game room but, if we had more time we definitely would have! The outside really feels like you are in paradise. The pool is heated which is great because a lot of rentals will charge extra to heat the pool for you. They have pool floaties, connect four, hammocks and so much to keep you entertained outside. The house is FULLY stocked, more so than any other house we have rented. It LITERALLY has EVERYTHING you could think of! The kitchen cabinets are all labeled and have brand new kitchenware. All appliances are high-end. The bar was stocked with cold waters which was a greatly appreciated. The beds were super comfortable and the master bedroom is very spacious with an office area if needed. All rooms have the light/fan switches labeled which is very helpful as there are many. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. I totally recommend this house to anyone considering it, you won't be disappointed!
