  • Dit enkele verhaal thuis weg van huis is van onze familie Air Force naar de jouwe. We zijn naar BMT-training geweest en onze Airman was dol op het comfort van thuis tijdens zijn vrije tijd. We zijn ongeveer 6 minuten rijden naar Lackland Air Force en 2 mijl naar Sea World. Er is veel verkeer aan de poorten op Graduation Day en omdat je zo dichtbij bent, heb je meer tijd over voor je Airman. De gemeenschap is een veilige, gezinsvriendelijke, rustige buurt en wordt ook geleverd met een grote overdekte speeltuin naast een groot in de grond zwembad. We hebben een garage voor één auto uitgerust met een garage-opener, die u zult krijgen. Het huis moest zo comfortabel mogelijk aanvoelen. We gebruiken dit huis nu strikt voor verhuur en stemmen het af op familie en comfort van BMT Afgestudeerden, en ook vele andere gasten. We zijn ons ervan bewust dat gezinnen hier zullen verblijven en dat kinderen hen ook mogen vergezellen, dus hebben we een aantal kinderveilige aanvullingen op ons huis gemaakt. Alle outlet-covers zijn bedekt en we bieden een pack n play met een set bladen voor uw kind. We hebben een grote sectionele bank met een brede poef. De eetzalen bieden plaats aan 6, maar we hebben schotelinstellingen voor 8. We hebben een goed gevulde keuken en zijn trots op het helpen van gezinnen om geld te besparen door thuis te koken en alle essentiële benodigdheden te leveren. We bieden wel enkele toiletartikelen, afwasmiddel, afwasmiddel, shampoo, zeep en papieren producten en handdoekensets voor 8 personen. Wij bieden HD-tv op alle tv's. De woonkamer heeft een 55-inch HD-tv en zowel de hoofdslaapkamer als de queensize slaapkamer hebben 32-inch HD-tv's. Wifi beschikbaar. Huis is alle automatische invoer en je krijgt een sleutelcode om in huis te komen en het beveiligingsalarm te ontwapenen. We hebben een mooie overdekte patio in onze achtertuin met zitplaatsen voor 4. Houtskoolgrill en grillgereedschap inbegrepen.

Everything was wonderful, the only issue we had was there was only 2 remotes for 3 tv’s but they both worked on all 3 tv’s so we made it work. The place was very clean and comfortable

Nice clean property. Close to Lackland Air Force BMT graduation of our granddaughter. Close to everything we needed. Only thing it needed was a toaster. Enjoyed out stay.

I had a great stay with my two children. The furniture was really comfortable, we had everything we needed, including a fenced in yard. My kids had fun playing at the neighborhood playground as well!

Perfect for bmt grad

Clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels, bedding, pillows, and kitchen utensils. Only about 15 min from AFB. They included a pack and play and small stroller.

Location is great if you are visiting Lackland. The house is clean (almost too clean - when we got there it smelled very strong of Pinesol and it was overwhelming. It did finally mellow out) We liked how the rooms were set up. The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was clean also but we didn't use it. Our downsides were that the alarm kept going off and we tried to get ahold of the owner but did not get an immediate response. That was frustrating. We were there for my son's graduation and it is stressful enough. The alarm went off every morning and every night for 3 days. I was told I could turn it off but no other help. It says the batteries are low on the smoke detectors as well as a few other issues. I hope they can get that fixed because it is a nice house to stay in.

San Antonio 2025

The driveway is a little steep but the house was a comfortable stay. Clean and All the things of being at home. Oh the AC was perfect! We ate out the entire time but the kitchen would be a great place to cook dinner if you wanted. Cute little back yard for Charcoal BBQ and even a coffee in the morning. It's was perfect for our family of four. The rooms were great sizes and the beds were our saviors after the long days of walking and enjoying the city of San Antonio. Sea World is always fun. The community pool area look nice we were just to tired to enjoy it. We ate at some good places...Alamo Biscuit Company, Iron Cactus on the Riverwalk, Rosario's on St. Mary's and Grimaldi's Pizza at La Cantera shopping area...all delicious with great service!

Super efficient and convenient 🙌🏼😁

This is a very nice and reasonably priced property to stay at for BMT graduation. Location is so close to base. We sat out on the patio one evening and could hear Taps. Basic toiletries, towels, sheets, hair dryer, cooking aids, dishes, grill -this home has everything you need for your stay. Grocery store is minutes away. Our Airman was able to enjoy a home like environment, get a home cooked meal, relax , and get out of the heat. Erica is quick to answer any question/issue you may have😊 I definitely recommend this home for your BMT celebration weekend!👍🏼

Worked well

Worked well as the hub for doing all the San Antonio things. Pool is a 5 minute drive, more than half a mile walk so we felt like it was too far to walk with little kids in the heat. Not a problem, just wasn’t what we expected. Access thru the garage was very convenient. Walmart neighborhood market about 5 minutes away for quick groceries. 15-20 minutes from sea world and from most attractions.

Nice

Place was nice and provided pack and play so was easier to travel and not have to pack that on the road. However, if you have a bad back and bad knees then this isn't a great place. The beds and sofas were super soft and not firm at all so there was no support. House is also built on an incline, so stairs to porch were steep and unloading and walking to and from vehicles may be a challenge with people walking with littles. There was also a lack of blankets but plenty of sheets. Pictures accurately describe the rooms. There weren't curtains on the windows but there were blinds so traveling with littles was rough because they woke up with the sun outside. So remember to bring night masks if wanting to sleep in. The customer service was great, they provided cell phone numbers and toys were even left at the house for our littles to play with and to be kept entertained. The other positive note is that there was an alarm system that helped us feel stay safe at all times. Plus, the neighborhood was also nice and quiet.

This property was NOTHING like the description and photos shown in Vrbo listing. It was in such disarray that we didn't feel comfortable staying there. The security system was beeping continuously because the fire alarm was disconnected (AND HANGING FROM THE CEILING) and all of the other security features showed as being on "low battery" since September. The property was in very poor condition. The couch had stains and debris on it (and wasn't even the leather couch pictured in the listing). In general, the furniture was very different than what is shown in the VRBO photos. The large vent in the hall was so dirty that chunks of dust had fallen from it onto the floor. The walls and doors were dirty and stained, and there were missing chunks of molding throughout the house. The linen closet was dirty and stained, and the towels did not smell clean. The bathrooms had rusting in the tubs, around the toilets, and in the sinks. The backyard had trash and debris. The patio furniture was also different than what was shown in the VRBO listing. Just walking past the kitchen we could see the grease on the lid of the crockpot, so we didn't not bother looking any further than that.I contacted the host and she initially told me that she would confirm with the cleaning crew that the house had not been stayed in, and then would issue a refund. That was January 8th. I have made contact several times since then and still haven't been issued a refund.TERRIBLE! DON'T RENT!
