Located in the wonderful neighborhood of Lavaca, one of the oldest areas in San Antonio! Many of the homes in this area are landmark structures of unique character. Walking & Biking is convenient throughout the neighborhood with lots of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Its also 1.9 miles to downtown!

Pets:
We love hosting our furry friends. Pets are allowed up to 2 pets. There is a $50 pet fee per pet. If coming with 2 pets we will request the additional $50 after the booking is confirmed.

Booking Cancellations - If a guest decides to cancel within the cancelation deadline, guest will be refunded as outlined in the policy minus processing fees.
- Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are allowed at the property

- Smoking is not allowed inside the house; if smoking outdoors - we please request that you dispose of cigarettes properly. Do not put out cigarettes on the artificial turf. There is a cigarette butt can over by the Rubbermaid shed and dog waste station located in backyard. If cigarette butts are not picked up there will be a $60 cleanup fee charged after your stay.

Pet Requirements - Pets must be:
- Up-to-date on vaccinations required by state law
- Free of any communicable infections or any parasites such as fleas
- Clean and well groomed
- House-trained
- Obedient, well-socialized and with no history of biting, excessive barking, chasing or aggressive behavior

Pet Owner Responsibilities - Pet owners must agree to:
- Be 100% responsible for their pet’s behavior, well-being and hygiene at all times
- Clean up after their pet immediately any time the outdoor pet relief area is used or an accident occurs
- Ensure their pet is not left unattended for any periods of time at the property
- Not allow pets on furniture
- Be legally and financially responsible for any damage caused by their pet
- Prior to checking out of the property, cleanup after my pet to not leave behind a need for excessive cleaning
