'The sheets on the bed weren’t really that clean. The room was maintained well. The pool outside was also not maintained well but it had been raining so maybe that’s why. Overall it was an okay stay, the staff were super sweet when checking in! Lovely ladies! Thank you!'

'The lobby looks nice and the breakfast was amazing! I thought location was good because it’s close to the airport, however, we had a terrible incident. Someone broke into my daughter’s truck and another truck was stolen the second night we were there. We were going to leave early the next day but this incident delayed our trip and was a great inconvenience. Thank God our truck was not stolen but feel very bad for the other guy!'

'The room was very clean other than shower floor, not really an issue though. The staff was very helpful and welcoming! The breakfast was super yummy and efficient I would say the only thing that wasn’t as hot would be the tortillas. Other than that very good and tasty. The outdoor pool was good just had a few leaves and insects from the rain earlier that day. Not really a problem. Very nice and deep went up to 5 ft❤️'

'Nice hotel with indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was better than most hotels. Staff was friendly and helpful. Gym had almost nothing in it. We went to the hot tub one night, and there were 3 guys drinking heavily and playing music loudly at the table next to it. The highway is right out the front door, so it was a little loud at night.'

'This was my second time staying here and once again they exceeded my expectations! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff has always been so kind, welcoming, and helpful, which is one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back whenever I visit San Antonio. They truly make you feel comfortable and appreciated as a guest.
One thing I always pay attention to when booking a hotel is cleanliness, and this place is by far one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed...
