This space is designed for relaxation and serves as a perfect transition to the upstairs haven of our property.

Four bedrooms are located on the upper floor, each uniquely and tastefully themed with matching décor that adds a personal touch to your stay. Every bedroom includes a dedicated TV, providing personalized entertainment and allowing guests to unwind in privacy. Each room also opens to a balcony, offering a peaceful outdoor space for fresh air and scenic views. The fifth sleeping area is a comfortable pull-out couch, centrally located on the main floor for easy access.

The primary suite is a masterpiece of comfort and functionality. It features its own secondary study with a built-in desk—ideal for remote work or a private retreat. The en suite bathroom offers a spa-like experience, complete with a luxurious shower, floating tub, and a double sink vanity. A skylight above adds warm natural light, enhancing the serene ambiance.

To ensure restful sleep, all bedrooms are outfitted with blackout curtains—perfect for sleeping in, adjusting to time zone changes, or accommodating night-shift guests.

Downstairs, the secondary living room functions as both an office and an additional sleeping space, thanks to a pull-out sleeper couch. In the main living room, two more guests can comfortably rest on the oversized couch. For larger groups, we’ve included air mattresses, conveniently stored behind the large couch and between the dining spaces.

The home is equipped with a premium Sonos sound system throughout, creating the perfect audio backdrop for relaxation or entertainment. You’ll also find a full laundry room, a convenient half-bath, and a spacious garage that accommodates two full-sized vehicles.

One video doorbell camera at the front door - facing the exterior entrance.

THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO INTERIOR CAMERAS OR RECORDING DEVICES OF ANY KIND. NO AUDIO OR VIDEO RECORDING OCCURS INSIDE THE HOME. PERIOD.
