'We arrived to the hotel at 6am and the manager Akhil let us have a beautiful room until ours was ready. So we were able to rest so very comfortably. The room we booked was so clean and organized, and the location is so perfect, right on the beach. The breakfast was also great! 'The hotel has a perfect view it’s so beautiful. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left it was amazing the staff were so welcoming and kind. They will do anything to help you. The only weird thing was when my friend came I had to pay additional for him(maybe this is common in India) but other than that this place is perfect accomodation perfect staff and perfect location'

'Great, pleasant and helpful staff. Room (superior) was very good, clean, everything worked. I particularly appreciated the room being mosquito proof, meaning all mesh over ventilation openings were perfectly secure. Restaurant staff were particulary thoughtful and helpful. All in all, a very pleasant stay at The Jasmine Palace.'

'W e were not happy with the stay. Fan was not working and not made working after informing next day morning. Ac making lot of noise spoiling the comfort of staying near the beach. Very difficult to locate.'

'This property sits back from the beach about 100m, making it quiet and peaceful, with many birds singing in the morning. The bed was cozy and the bathroom was clean. This is a great stay for a budget hotel. Kovalum Beach is really scenic as well.'
