'The hotel itself has a nice and clean design with friendly staff and is located near several nice parts and attractions of Bangkok. However, our stay was slightly disappointing because of the fact that the rooms seemed to be having single glass windows. With the hotel being located at a busy street with 24/7 busy traffic it seemed as if we were sleeping with the windows open… The cleaning seemed rushed.'

'My stay was exceptional. Upon arriving earlier than check-in; the manager offered luggage storage, an efficient system with identification tags. She let me use the bathroom and even offered to allow me to use the shower if I needed. Once checked in, the room was very clean. 'We arrived around 1am and the security guard welcomed us and helped us with the bags up to the 3rd floor. So nice and helpful. The staff made a lovely light breakfast and were so welcoming.
