Chef caliber GE Cafe appliances in an all new kitchen. Hand cut travertine stone throughout the master bath with a luxurious deep soaking tub. 2) House is 60 feet from the East Lake Sammamish Trail that navigates the lakefront. Great for walking, biking. Local Pizza Pub & convenience store is a 5 min. walk. Or 25 min walk to Issaquah.
3) Access to Lake Sammamish via several spots: State Sammamish boat launch is 1 mile south. Lake Sammamish State Park is 2 miles south. Sammamish Landings Waterfront Park/day dock is about 5 mins. drive north.
4) Pine Lake Park is another popular swimming area, 2 miles east of the house.

We were all very impressed with The Boathouse rental. Lovely views, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and a great location! The home even had great sound proofing, very quiet! This is a gorgeous, well appointed apartment, enhanced by spotless cleanliness and a huge deck with spectacular lake and wooded hill views.We would stay here again for any trip to the Seattle area. It’s located about 30 minutes to downtown Seattle and the SEA-TAC airport.

A little miss leading

I thought the bedroom descriptions were miss leading. It appeared at first glance one bedroom had a king bed AND 2 twins. Not so. The child’s bedroom was a foam mattress on the floor, in a closet under a staircase. My son and his wife had to sleep with 4 year old. Other than those 2 concerns, it was a lovely home and the host answered messages promptly.

Excellent lake view stay

The locking mechanism on the door works sometimes, and the door also sticks. The BBQ doesn’t work, and the air conditioning broke down. The noise from the traffic was loud, trying to sleep. Despite all these things, we had a wonderful stay. The deck was absolutely perfect to sit out, relax and enjoy the view. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked and the living area was lovely and bright. The location was central to all we needed to see in Issaquah. Did I mention the deck? We would return in a heart beat.

Beautiful lake view on the trail

We love the boathouse! Lots of sun and beautiful view upstairs. The house itself is well outfitted, cute decor and comfy beds. Really convenient for walking our dog as the trail runs right by the house. And Lisa was super communicative and helpful.

Relaxing Boat House Cottage with Modern Rustic Charm

I stayed at this cozy boathouse cottage on Lake Sammamish during a work trip, and it exceeded my expectations. The space was clean, new, and well-maintained, with a perfect blend of modern rustic lake cabin vibes. It had ample room for two, but could easily accommodate a few more. The deck was great for dinner or just relaxing in the afternoon sun, and the property is right next to a walking and biking trail. Lisa, the property host, was responsive and a pleasure to interact with. Highly recommended for both work and leisure stays!

The kitchen was well stocked with all the things that we needed during our stay. The large deck was a game changer for us as we enjoyed socializing and just enjoying the view.
