The second level features three more bright and cheerful bedrooms, including two queen bedrooms that share a full bath, and a king master bedroom that steps out to a breezy deck. Upstairs, enjoy the top-level great room with a home theater system, quiet dining area, and step outside the door access to the spacious deck that showcases an ocean view and gorgeous sunsets over the sound. With lovely furnishings and decor, it’s easy to leave your worries far behind with a vacation at JAKE’S WAKE.

New for 2024: The chef of the group will delight when they see the updated kitchen. The top-level great room has new seating including sofas and chairs. The ground-level bunk room has a new double mattress to sink into after a day of fun under the sun.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
