The house is newly built, with a very pleasant, calm, and family-friendly environment and an excellent grassy leisure area. The condominium has a children's playground (on the way to the beach), 2 mini-markets and restaurants, 24-hour security, and is only a 3-minute drive from the point where the river meets the sea, within walking distance without having to leave the condominium. The movement of the tides and waves forms small lagoons, making the place ideal for children. The house has 6 bedrooms, 5 of which are suites, all with split air conditioning, a social bathroom, 3 living rooms, a first floor living room with a 75" smart TV and another 65" smart TV in the living room on the 2nd floor, a mini-fridge in the upstairs living room, an American-style kitchen with built-in cabinets, all brand new, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, freezer, coffee maker and all the necessary utensils for everyday life.
