**For reservations of more than 10 nights, we charge for electricity and water consumption;

***A security deposit of R$600.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of reservation confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations, the security deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and clearance at the reception/property.

***At check-in and check-out, readings of the electricity and water meters are taken to calculate consumption and subsequent billing. For the calculation of electricity consumption, a rate of R$1.10 per kilowatt used is applied. Water consumption is estimated based on Embasa's summer pricing table. *******We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.
