My property consists of a beautiful air-conditioned living room with a wine cellar, beer cooler and sea view, a cozy suite with access to a balcony, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary items for your stay.

***A deposit of R$600.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days after confirmation of the reservation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount will be doubled);

****All guests must send their documents for registration and release at the reception/property.

The room is made up as follows:

Living room: Double sofa bed, TV, split air conditioning, blackout curtains, closets, wine cellar, beer cooler, ice machine;

Suite: TV, split air conditioning, blackout curtains, 1 queen bed, closets, balcony.

Guests will have access to the entire site, and to everything the building has to offer in terms of infrastructure.
