Enter into this stylish cottage into the entrance hallway with space for coats and shoes, you are immediately drawn to the large spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining room with fabulous light and timber cladded ceilings. The dining table features in the centre of the room and is a wonderful place where the whole family can congregate. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine, everything you need to either cook up a delicious meal or pack up a good lunch for the day ahead. The lounge has plenty of comfortable seating and offers a Smart TV so you can snuggle in and watch all your favourite programmes. This room provides plenty of natural light from the large patio doors which lead out onto the patio area. Off of the lounge area is the first of three bedrooms, a good size super-king-size-zip-and-link bed (which can be made up as a twin on request) dressing table and with patio doors leading out onto the patio. The shower room is situated off of the other side of the lounge and has a shower and WC. Next door is the second bedroom with super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) en-suite shower room with WC and patio doors leading out onto the terrace.
