This gorgeous house is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

Access to the space is via an electronic lock on the front door. We will send you your own private key-code with the check-in instructions. There are 2 stairs leading to the front door. Must use stairs to access bedrooms. The attached garage has 2 parking spaces. There is a shared driveway leading to the property.

Our fenced in backyard makes it perfect for furry friends which are welcome with an additional fee. In order to provide an excellent experience for all of our guests we allow responsible dog owners to bring WELL BEHAVED dogs (up to 3) during their stay. A deep cleaning is performed after each pet stay, and an additional fee of $25 per night is assessed.

Please note that there is a shared driveway to your private attached garage. The garage has 2 parking spots (small to medium vehicles). If you need additional parking, please let me know and we can arrange for a pass. The additional parking pass is $30.

We want to make your stay as simple and flexible as possible. A $500 security deposit is required as the standard option and is fully refundable after your stay, provided there are no damages or issues.

Prefer to skip the security deposit? No problem! You can choose our one-time $59 Damage Waiver instead, and the $500 security deposit will be waived.

Your choice: Pay the refundable $500 security deposit or enjoy the convenience of a one-time $59 Damage Waiver. Either way, you can focus on relaxing and enjoying your stay! 🏡✨

PETS: We love hosting WELL BEHAVED pets! In order to keep our home clean and meticulously cared for, we charge a pet fee of $15 per pet per night. The backyard is fenced in but small dogs may be able to squeeze under the fence. We provide food dishes, treats, poop bags, and doggie beds. Please crate your pet if you must leave them alone to avoid damages to the house!

FRAGRANCE SENSITIVITIES: We strive to keep our home fresh and inviting using natural cleaners like Mrs. Meyer's and vinegar as well as fragrance- and dye-free laundry detergent for those with sensitivities. However, we also use plug-in air fresheners and provide bathroom spray and dryer sheets for guests who enjoy scents.
If you prefer a scent-free environment, please request plug-in removal before your stay, and we’ll ensure your space is prepared accordingly during cleaning!

SECURITY CAMERAS: Please note, we do have exterior security cameras for the safety of our guests and because care for our property deeply.

ALLERGIES: This is a pet-friendly home. We perform a thorough deep clean between each stay, however guests with pet allergies or sensitivities should consider this when booking.
