Spacious Family Fun Game Home Near Downtown SLC!

OUR HOME IS AMAZING! KIDS love it! 100s have rated us 5 stars! However, our home is next door to a dog boarding home, but we also allow dogs in our home, just count them as an extra guest. Our house was built by dog people and has hard floors throughout. Also, our home is in the industrial park of Salt Lake City, which is ugly--so: AMAZING HOUSE, ugly location, which 100s of our customers have not been bothered by the ugly industrial park at all! So please do not come to our house and rate us poorly for the surroundings in the industrial park that we cannot control, understand this, and rate us well for providing a clean house on the inside, a baseball themed pool table and room, skee-ball, pop-a-shot, tons of Nintendo 64 and X-Box One games, large flat screen TVs, themed rooms, and an opportunity to rent a large house that sleeps 16 family members or friends for a much cheaper price than other large houses! We have discounted this house because it is in the industrial park, so we cannot discount it further if you are not satisfied--but we've been a super host for 4 years now, because 99% of our customers love our place! Also, please do not rate us poorly without giving us the opportunity to fix things for you. We are happy to help you enjoy your experience better, so, let us know if something seems off, and we'll send someone over to help out! But if we do, please rate us well, because this is my only vacation rental, it barely makes enough money, and we want to provide fun and a great discount and great experience for 100s more family's to come in the future! Come stay in our home with fun for all ages! Enjoy shooting Pool, Pop-A-Shot Basketball, Foosball Table, Skee-ball Machine, Nintendo 64, Xbox One and a large selection of board games. Kids love our toy room of action figures for imagination play! Watch a movie on the large screen tv or read a book by the gas fireplace. We even have workout equipment to stay fit while on vacay mode.

Situated in an industrial park, we are just minutes to Utah Jazz Stadium, Historic Temple Square, and the SLC Airport.

Pristine 3,800-square-foot home with 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths! All new furnishings create a relaxing atmosphere for your family and friends to enjoy.

Our home has everything you need: kitchen with all the cooking essentials, two dining tables with seating for everyone, multiple sitting areas, cozy gas fireplace and an outdoor gas grill.

Endless entertainment with each room themed! Large tvs in living rooms and master bedroom including a 30 inch tv and Nintendo 64 in upstairs bunk room. Disney+ is provided for all tvs and we have a huge collection of Nintendo 64 and Xbox One games for your choosing. This is a great place to have the entire family stay!

- WE ARE LOCATED DIRECTLY SOUTH OF A DOG BOARDING BUSINESS. At certain times of the day and night you can hear the dogs barking from inside of our home. To mitigate this noise during evening/sleep hours we have provided white noise sound machines in all of our bedrooms which significantly help as well as ear plugs if needed.
- Due to industrial area of the home we do have many businesses near us including auto, woodworking, rock quarry, and an oil refinery, so there's lots of dust outside.
- Security cameras are located on front porch, above garage door, west side of home, and inside garage for guest safety and protection of our home. NO cameras inside of home. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH OR UNPLUG THE CAMERAS AS THIS WILL RESULT IN $250 CHARGE.
- There are no main floor bedrooms or shower access, only the queen pullout and 1/2 bath.
