At the base of the Cottonwood Canyons. We have taken extra precautions to carefully sanitize! Home to 4 world class ski resorts, Snowbird, Alta, Solitude and Brighton. Close freeway access, short drive to Park City and Deer Valley. Located on a secluded wooded private lane. Modern rustic design. Private parking. Brand new upscale furniture. Comfortable beds. Access to a large landscaped lot. Close to parks, high end restaurants and upscale grocery stores. Located adjacent to I-215. There are 2 sides to the guesthouse with a laundry room that separates each unit.

This is a cute guest house. It was VERY clean. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. They have some lovely flowers blooming. They have lights shining on the staircase which is helpful at night. We look forward to staying here again!

Christmas/New Year’s family skiing

Perfect spot for our small group. Everything was as described in listing and was on the most beautiful little lane, quiet and peaceful. Conveniently located for easy travel to Solitude/Brighton. We had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental! The property is well-maintained, clean, and beautifully decorated. It offers all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and a lovely outdoor space. The location is perfect, close to local attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to explore the area. The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. My only minor complaint is that the bathroom is located on a different floor than the bedrooms. While this was a bit inconvenient at times, it didn't detract from our overall enjoyment of the property. This is a great place for a vacation, and we would definitely consider staying here again in the future!
