Perfect ski location

Excellent location! House is well appointed with everything you need for a short or longer stay, including comfortable beds, nice linens, and two living rooms to spread out. The kitchen has everything needed to cook family meals. Plus the back deck and hot tub is the perfect spot to hang out and unwind after a long ski day. Will definitely come back!

The perfect ski month

We had the privilege of staying for a whole month in this beautiful house just 20min away from the 4 major ski resorts. When we arrived, we didn't know exactly what to expect but were greeted with Colin's house that immediately felt like home. Between the Hot Tub, remodeled kitchen, and fully finished basement, this house was absolutely perfect for both my family and our friends who wanted to fly in and visit on the weekends to catch a ski trip. Could not recommend staying with Colin more. Already looking forward to scheduling for next year! P.S. Ask Colin for recommendations on the ski resort. He has all the insider information on Brighton, Solitude, SnowBird and Alta!

Excellent place to enjoy SLC-based riding/skiing

Everything we were looking for - central location for riding/skiing resorts in either canyon. Clean, comfortable and very well equipped house with nice owners. Two levels makes for a great layout with two living/den areas, 3/2 bedrooms, a nice deck, garage and plenty of space for our group of six adults and three kids. Supplies of all sorts nearby (grocery store 5-min, ABC 10-min, famous food 15-20-min) with great kitchen for group cooking. Hot tub was 104 in short order, pool looked nice but it was winter. Super comfy beds/bedding were appreciated by all. Six out of six adults want to come back to your outstanding home for more epic snow and steeps. Then relax, rest and repeat. The girls want to bring more friends next time. Thank you C&D.

Property was exactly as advertised. The owner was extremely attentive and accommodating. The kitchen was well stocked with plates and cutlery (we made thanksgiving dinner). The kids loved it. We would have reserved it for Christmas also if it had been available!

AMAZING home! One of the nicest vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. From the outside, it looks quite unassuming but inside and in the back yard is a very different story! Updated and modern throughout, we took full advantage of the wonderful kitchen and grill. The hot tub was great, the pool a ton of fun, the ping pong tables provided lots of entertainment. The bedrooms were comfy and the bathrooms clean and nice. The location is also great with the mountains close and a grocery store within easy walking distance. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this vacation rental!!

Amazing home for skiing trip

Myself and 6 other guys stayed here for a long ski weekend and this house was amazing. The location is perfect, being close to both canyons and plenty of great restaurants. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the hot tub was great as well. Colin was attentive and was willing to help with whatever issues we may have had. Absolutely could not recommend this house enough.

Great house for exploring the Cottonwood Canyons!

Stayed at the house for a great ski weekend. The house was perfect for a group our group of friends/coworkers. The house is much bigger than expected and there was plenty of space for all. House is just a short drive from both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon ski resorts. You can't get a better location for skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer. Owners were one of the most responsive hosts I've worked with and even worked with us to recover some left behind items. We all can't wait to stay here again next time we visit Utah!
