  • The PLAYAMERO complex is the perfect place to enjoy summer, the beach, and the best atmosphere of the Costa Dorada.



    Located right on the seafront, on the famous Playa dels Capellans, it offers direct access from the communal area. Playa dels Capellans is a small beach in the heart of Salou’s tourist area, quieter than Playa de Llevant, with good facilities and a very family-friendly vibe. There is also a pine area with a children's playground.



    We manage several apartments in this complex, making it ideal for families travelling together.

    The apartment offers everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in the heart of the Costa Dorada. From the communal garden with two pools (one for adults and one for children), there is direct access to the beach located right in front of the complex. A true beachfront property! The residential complex is quiet and family-oriented.



    The apartment is cosy and comfortable. From the terrace, you will enjoy stunning views of the sea and communal area. It features a living-dining room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, 1 bathroom with a bathtub, and 2 double bedrooms, each with 2 single beds.



    GOOD TO KNOW



    - Free Wi-Fi in the communal area. Note that the signal does not reach inside the apartment, but a 4G router can be rented for indoor use.

    - Group bookings are not accepted.

    - Optional parking available upon request and subject to availability (supplement applies).

    - Seasonal outdoor pool for adults and children.

    - Ideal for families with children.

    - Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre office at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online check-in is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the submission of guest details in accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, key handover cannot be guaranteed. The agency will contact you in advance with all the necessary information.

Semana tranquila en junio

La recogida de llaves fue rapidisima, no tardamos ni 10 minutos. El apartamento esta muy bien, muy limpio y las camas son comodas. La ubicacion es perfecta, zona tranquila pero a la vez cerca de la zona de restaurantes a 5 min a pie y las vistas desde el apartamento son una maravilla. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Very nice stay in Salou!

The appartment had a good view on the pool and sea side. A lot of families where there and it was peacefull and quiet in de evening and night All rental appartments are not provided with airconditioning like mentioned on your website and communications. They are only supplied with some fan's on the ceiling. Please change that as there is a significant difference in expectations! Wi-Fi is general area is not suitable for large groups of people, it is just an ordinary ISP router. Maybe upgrade it to a professional solution. Wi-Fi was not usable and had a very old encryption method (WPA1)

Positief: Voorzieningen, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten en communicatie
Loved location, pool well kept and clean,easy access to the beach which was lovely,clean and shallow far out so perfect for families and exploration around the rocks for fish. It's about a 10 min walk into town or around to the main beach strip with plenty of decent restaurants and shops within couple of mins. Its seemed to be mostly local/Spanish people using the other apartments our neighbours were lovely.meant that apart from 2nd to last night the place was reasonably quiet. The accommodation itself was nice and spacious though a little tired and could do with some touch ups (the awning pole was snapped so couldnt adjust it, water stains on wall in kitchen area). Also it was rather disappointing to find that despite quite a big deal being made about leaving the apartment clean there were no basic cleaning supplies such as disinfectant/bleach there was a bag with sponge,dishwasher tablet,washing tabs and washing liquid but nothing to actually clean the apartment. The shower is in need of a good clean with proper cleaning tools and products and considering what we paid, at least a toilet roll a day and basic cleaning products to be supplied doesnt seem unreasonable a despite contacting them on entering told these are things we should have to get ourselves with no advice on booking info this was the case. The tv has no English channels as an fyi and despite ac on booking its just fans which are ok but as we happened to go during heat wave ac would have been appreciated.

El sitio es el ideal. La piscina con jardin, la playa enfrente, salou centro a 5minutos andando. Es una maravilla. El apartamento esta bien, correcto. La limpieza del apartamento deja bastante que desear. Los tres ventiladores de techo tenian una cantidad de polvo pegada en las aspas alucinante. La hora de salida a las 10, es demasiado pronto. Muchas normas para los que nos alojamos pero los propietarios hacen lo que quieren y no respetan las horas de silencio/sueño.

Todo , el apartamento y la ubicación está muy bien ! La atención en la agencia estupenda ! Resalto el trato exquisito de Raúl y su atención para ayudarnos y resolver las incidencias que nos surgen durante la reserva ! Y cuando fuimos a recoger las llaves ! Destacar lo rápido que me trajeron la cama, almohadas y sábanas porque el sofá estaba muy sucio y roto !! Se necesita más menaje de cocina , pasteleras más pequeñas para la calentar comida o cocinar . Y una sartén para los freír huevos . El cubo de la basura es muy pequeño y el cepillo de escoba estaba muy sucio . Lavadora nueva porque no coge suficiente agua y no lava bien , hay que echarle mucha agua para que lave . La plancha suelta agua porque el tapón donde la rellenamos , está roto !! El sillón estaba roto y muy sucio , dijeron que pondrían uno nuevo y no ha llegado en los 15 días que hemos estado !!

Vacances en familles face à la mer

L'appartement est très bien agencé avec un coin nuit pour les enfants ce qui nous a permis de veiller plus tard qu'eux... L'appartement dispose tout le nécessaire pour un quotidien et surtout une matinée à laver avec 3 enfants on est reparti avec les valise toutes propre pas de linge en attente. La vue et juste incroyable donnant sur les 2 piscines et la mer accessible à pied en 30 secondes... Nous n'avons pas utilisé la voiture car nous somme à proximité de tous commerces sans exception et il y a meme une pharmacie juste en bas. Nous avons pris le garage et je vous le conseille car les place extérieur sont payante et le moindre oubli ou dépassement peux coûter très chère... et le garage il y a des place attribué à chaque étage nous étions ravi de nous garer juste en face de notre appartement séparé d'une porte. Dans l'ensemble idéal pour les familles plage pas du tout peuplé... Nous en sommes ravis et nous y reviendrons avec certitude Le parking sous terrain n'est vraiment pas indiqué dommage.
