De dame aan de balie was niet goed op de hoogte van de gang van zaken, ze moest 2keer bellen naar haar manager.De ontbijtzaal bestond uit 3 tafeltjes met 3 stoelen .wat erg weinig was voor de grote van het hotel, maar ondanks dat , was het een goed ontbijt.

Thank you so much for reviewing your stay. Sorry that our staff seemed to not well informed of things but we currently hired new staff and they are just getting in the swing of things. Happy she did call the manager to help her that is a perfect way for her to learn how to do some things she has yet to do. We appreciate your patience and hope to see you in the future.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff and great breakfast. Approaching the property from Hwy 93 North is dangerous, since you can't see traffic to the right.

Not many options for breakfast. there were problems with the lock mechanism which caused problems opening the door. We had to get help. The entry light didn't work when we finally did enter the room. It was late at night so this was more of an inconvenience then it normally would be. The front desk attendant was apologetic and offered a new room, but we said we were ok as we were only there to sleep for a few hours and have breakfast anyways. Breakfast was disappointing but fine for the kids at least.

Property was comfortable and staff were very friendly! Could have used an extra bath towel in our king room, as only 2 were provided. Also the fridge in the room was quite noisy. Breakfast was delicious!

Everything was great in Salmon, Idaho Super 8. Except lots of pubic hairs in the sink, which I can deal with - but jeez.

Not a full sized queen bed
The hotel was fine. When booking i made sure that the hotel specified queen beds. The beds were not full-sized queen beds. The beds seemed small. It was hard to get the heating & cooling system to be the right temperature.

The hotel was very conveniently located to downtown Salmon, close to a small scenic picnic area on the Salmon River. The room was quiet and comfortable, had a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. Very clean, would return to this property.

This was a last minute reservation. It was all we needed- clean, quiet, safe, comfortable beds. I'd stay here again. Salmon is a super cute town.

Thank you for the feedback. There is a designated smoking area that we do let the guests know about at check-in. We just ask that people do not smoke in the facility. I apologize if my staff made it sound as if there was no smoking on the property.

It was a very dated property and peeling paint no light covers etc. however very nice check in and the breakfast looked good.
