'The rooms are beautiful! We loved the patio and the view. Gorgeous. The food on the first night was almost inedible: we sent back the mahi mahi (I think that's what it was) because it was so rock hard/overcooked that it wouldn't chew down. We then ordered the pizza: the dough was so soft and uncooked that we just ate the toppings. We then started simply eating away from the place. 'I enjoyed my stay at Roxy's. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property is lovely and has a nice garden full of local fruits. Valerie was really sweet to us, we had some nice conversations. The chef also made really tasty food! We came for the WCMF and Roxy was only 20 minutes away from the venue. It's also a short walk away from titou gorge.'

'I booked a 10-day stay over Carnival (MasDomnik) at Pinnards Mountain Resort, and it was such a refreshing scenic escape. The mountain views and peaceful atmosphere truly gave that relaxing “getaway” vibe while still being close enough to enjoy the festivities. 'Overall we loved it, though it would have been good to know that you can't drive to the hotel if you don't have a proper 4WD as it is located at the end of a long and steep tarished road. Luckily the hotel offers an transport service for the dirty road between 8am and 5pm. They also offer food(preorder only) and drinks at the bar. The staff was very nice and always helpful. 'The quiet environment of Berkey's Jungle Paradise is outstanding. It was fantastic to relax in the hammock at the terrace. And the views from the accomodation is really stunning. If you like to walk many tourist facilities like the Trafalgar Falls and Wotten Waven are at relative short distance (30-40 minutes walk). Berkey is a very kind person willing to assist you at all times. So the place is higly recommended '

'Good and pleasant small hotel. Very friendly staff, good breakfast, nice swimming pool, reasonably good restaurant, great sunset view from the little terrace in front of my room. My WiFi worked perfectly, as did the AC and fridge. Did not try the tv. Shower and towels may need an upgrade in some years. '

'Great (and brand new) location, comfy room, great sea views, really nice food and an amazing host who knows a lot about the island. A 4wd is recommended to drive up the short but steep driveway. When ever we come back to Dominica, we will definately come back here.'
