When you visit San Pedro del Pinatar, make sure to take a wall up the pier near the old wind mill. At the end there's another one. You could go further but you'd walk into the sea. This pier is one of the arms that almost close the Mar Menor. You should time it so that you walk back when the sun starts to set. Seeing the sun set behind the houses, the mountains and into the sea is wonderful.

It was really wonderful, very nice hotel and rooms. But our airconditioning did not work and when I told this to the man at the reception he did say nothing, no sorry or whatever. That was the only thing that was not nice.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the middle of Square 525 and a short walk from the sea. The hotel features a small but adequate swimming pool. We booked breakfast for a week, which was fine, but you can also have a good breakfast at Parking Café across the street, where they serve delicious coffee and cappuccino. The only real downside of the hotel was the incredibly poor quality of the coffee. It's unbelievable that such a hotel would serve coffee of this quality.

This was such a cute little town in the south of Spain, with a beautiful beach with sunrises definitely worth waking up for! The restaurants on the beach front are lovely with nice sea food! 🥘 😍
