Clean house, new build (my mom’s childhood house was built in the early 1900’s), friendly neighbors and easy access to the River Festival. Will definitely stay there again.

This was a wonderful property. There was a little mishap with the timing of check in, but the host and I communicated and we got it worked out. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home. Our family has stayed here before and appreciated the indoor and outdoor space for the 5 of us. Comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, great water pressure, enjoyed the hot tub and massage chair. Living room was set up to make it very comfortable to cook and still be a part of the group. Will stay again!

We stayed five nights in town for my daughter’s July 4th wedding. My family of eight were all able to have room to eat, sleep and relax comfortably. The beds and couches are very comfortable. Everything was clean. The location is great and was a nice meet up spot for the three bridesmaids before the wedding. Neighbors take pride in the neighborhood and were out sweeping the street after July fourth displays. Owner responded promptly to questions about check in procedures. We Would stay again if I were to again visit Salina.

The house was fully equipped with everything . I travelled with my whole family including infants and we had more than enough space . The house was very clean and very comfortable. Dustin was very kind and communicate well. We are thankful!! Everything was 10/10 would definitely recommend

This is a beautiful home with plenty of room for all guests to spread out. Everything was comfortable, clean and well-maintained. It is located in a nice neighborhood, and we felt very safe at this location. We highly recommend and will stay here again when we travel to Salina to visit family.

What a great house! Had everything we could have ever needed! Little further from "downtown" than I had figured, but nothing an Uber couldn't take care of! Would definitely stay at this house again!

Beautiful well maintained and stocked home. 5 adults stayed with plenty of space. Enjoyed the large living room, downatairs media room and backyard. Our stay went by way too fast. Would definitely stay again!

Volleyball Tournament

We were in the area for a 2 day volleyball tournament and this place was perfect for us!! Any issues we had were fixed promptly. The place was clean and so nice!!!

This VRBO is a beautiful home. We meet half way for a family get together for just one night. It looks exactly as pictured and is beautifully furnished. Plenty of sleeping room down stairs too with the 4th room. We absolutely loved the house. However, We arrived to a dirty home. Apparently the last guests stayed over their check out time. The beds were all dirty, the kitchen, bathrooms, the downstairs, the entire house. The dishwasher was full, packed, with dirty dishes. There was NO dishwasher detergent. The towels were still wet in the washer. There was food in the fridge and the trash out back was full and overflowing out the ground. Two ladies arrive about 3:40 and cleaned while we tried to visit. They had no dishwashing liquid either. No bathroom trash can bags. There were no napkins, paper towels, paper plates or cups and all their dishes were dirty. There was no liquid soap either. The master shower doors have a pink mold on them and the doors were dirty. We appreciate these ladies stepping in, there must have been an issue with the late check out and the cleaning schedule. Unfortunately, we had to leave the home the same way. We too couldn't run the dishwasher and the trash just keeps growing. It took so much away from our one nighty with family. Couldn't cook, couldn't wash dishes. It was a disappointment and it was a rushed cleaning. I even helped them because we didn't have much family time., There was rock salt all in the entry way.
