Nice apartment able to accommodate up to 4 people, located in the center, a stone's throw from the Verdi Theater and the Villa Comunale, and equipped with a splendid 250 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. In 5 minutes on foot you can reach Piazza della Libertà and the seafront, full of pizzerias, bars and restaurants, and the Santa Teresa beach, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the entire Gulf of Salerno!

Tourist tax of 1.50 per person per day. For check ins between 20:00 and 01:00 a supplement will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows: EUR 25 from 8pm to 11pm EUR 50 from 10pm to 1am. It is not possible to check in after 01:00, not even for a fee. All late check ins must be agreed and approved by the host. Early check in (before 3pm) will only be possible if there are no other guests checking out on the same day, and therefore it can only be confirmed a few days before arrival.

The 50m2 accommodation is located on the fifth floor of a building with a lift. Please note the presence of an internal staircase that leads from the entrance door to the apartment, organized as follows: Kitchenette with folding dining table and split A/C, equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and traditional oven Bedroom with double bed, double sofa bed, small wardrobe with drawers, TV and split A/C Toilet with toilet, bidet and shower cubicle 250 m2 terrace with awning, furnished with table and chairs. Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).
