A cozy apartment with a terrace, completely renovated and newly furnished, equipped with all the amenities needed to accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment is located in a central neighborhood with easy access to shops, including a pharmacy, post office, and supermarket, just a 7-minute walk from Corso Vittorio Emanuele and the historic center, and only a 10-minute walk from the train station. Near the apartment is the judicial complex, and the Irno highway/highway loop exit is 2 km away.



The 35-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator (please note there are 2 steps to reach it) and is laid out as follows:



- Kitchenette equipped with an induction cooktop, mini-refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, moka pot, toaster, conventional oven, microwave, electric kettle, and blender

- Living area with dining table, double sofa bed, split A/C, and TV

- Bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, and split-system A/C

- Bathroom equipped with a toilet, bidet, and shower stall

- 20-square-meter terrace furnished with a table, chairs, umbrella, and small sofas.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED Wi-Fi, split-system heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the City of Salerno, which is EUR 1.50 per night per person for the first 5 nights. Children under 12 are exempt.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Salerno Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



For check-ins between 8:00 PM and 12:00 AM, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 20 from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM

EUR 25 from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM,

EUR 30 from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Check-in is not possible after 12:00 a.m., even for an additional fee.

All late check-ins must be arranged and approved by the host.

Early check-in (before 2:00 PM) will only be possible if there are no other guests checking out on the same day; therefore, it can only be confirmed a few days before arrival.

The apartment is located in a central neighborhood, just 600 meters from the central train station, in an area offering all the amenities you’ll need during your stay: shops, a pharmacy, a post office, restaurants, and bars. By taking Corso Vittorio Emanuele (a 7-minute walk), you can reach the city center, where you can admire the medieval historic center, which remains intact. Once you reach Piazza Alfano I, you can visit the Cathedral of Salerno, a building that appears simple and unadorned from the outside but becomes increasingly rich in decorations and details as you approach the crypt housing the remains of Saint Matthew—the most significant part of the structure.
