A cozy apartment that can accommodate up to 3 people and is equipped with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The apartment is located in the upper district of Salerno, close to shops and essential services such as a pharmacy and post office, just a stone’s throw from the Teatro delle Arti and a few minutes from the highway exit and the beltway. The city center and the waterfront can be reached in 10–15 minutes on foot or in just a few minutes by public transportation.<br><br><br><br>The 55-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator (please note there are 2 steps before reaching it) and is laid out as follows: <br><br><br><br>- Fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, and electric kettle<br><br>- Living room with a queen-size sofa bed, dining table, and TV<br><br>- Bedroom with a double bed, open closet, and desk<br><br>- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower stall.<br><br><br><br>Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, two fans, mosquito screens, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.<br><br>Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).<br><br><br><br>NO air conditioning.<br><br><br><br>Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Salerno, which is EUR 1.50 per night per person for the first 5 nights.
