ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
This is a first floor unit with easy access. Gate pass registration is required to be completed no later than 2 weeks prior to check in. This community is gated so you will be required to utilize the remote gate access system. This unit is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera that faces out with an Exterior front view for security. The camera only functions at the entrance of the Condo. The fireplace is not available for use by renters.
