We invite you to discover this well-maintained, air-conditioned house, ideal for up to six people.

You can enjoy a shared outdoor swimming pool with a water slide (open from April and heated until mid-June), a playground, a games room, and a multi-sports court.

The house comprises, on the ground floor, a living area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet, a pantry, and a terrace.

Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a TV, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a toilet.

Parking, washing machine, electric griddle, and TV are available. Be charmed by all the amenities of this residence and its proximity to the Ardèche Gorges, the town center of Vallon Pont d'Arc, and its tourist attractions.
