'Decent stay for the price. Good service, clean. Just may need an updating with the carpet and the you could see the outside light around the entire door frame, lol. Bed linens and towels were clean. 'We really enjoyed our stay. Booking and check in were easy, all via the vrbo app. The place was as advertised, clean, and comfy. The WiFi wasn’t working, but a quick message to the owner and we figured out the power strip for the router and modem had come loose, probably during cleaning. Once plugged in everything worked great! The one downside was no snow for skiing, so we went to Niagara Falls. Would book again!'

'Stayed in 304. Overall nice - could've been cleaner (shower, crumbs in drawers) and could've used some cups, shampoo, hand soap). Couldn't get wifi to work but TV had good selections. Common area nice with big TV and Fortnite Monopoly. Could also use more hooks for wet ski clothes. Beds comfy, easy parking and access to town. Thanks!!!'

'Okay so this was quite the experience. I'm not really sure what i can say. First things first they need a sign directing folks to their site. It was long and time consuming trying to figure it out. 'The resort was nice and the room was decent but the bed was sub-par. Considering how much we paid I can not believe how bad the bed was. I understand it was a Murphy bed but there is no excuse for the horrible linens. Mattress was too small and uncomfortable and the linens were so cheap. 'Loved how well maintained this property is, and the cleanliness. The only snag for us was that I thought we would have two double beds. I think that was my error upon booking. It ended up working out just fine. The lodge is a wonderful place to stay and experience all that Ellicottville has to offer! Would recommend.'
