'Really beautiful place. Beautifully furnished (not IKEA!), totally nice bathrooms. Location is absolute heart of Sarlat - but up on the second floor - so you could hear the (summer) crowds below, but be “above it all” - very fun while making dinner for ourselves :-))! No a/c, so needed windows open - and it can be noisy - but for us, part of being in Europe! Well equipped kitchen (tho add ice cube trays, salad bowl). And be aware they charge an add’l fee $85 for linens (tho good quality linens)....

'An exquisitely finished apartment located in the heart of beautiful Sarlat. Numerous bars and restaurants within metres of the front door. From here, we were able to easily visit many of the famous Dordogne villages and chateaux. Florence and Laurent, the apartment owners, were welcoming and supportive throughout our stay. Could not speak more highly of this place.'

'This unit is in a great area of Périgueux, just across the river from the centre of the city. I loved the location as it was an easy walk to the cathedral and the market held in that part of town; there are restaurants, cafes, and boutique shops near the cathedral; an easy walk to the Intermarché for my supplies; an even easier walk to a wonderful patisserie/boulangerie (try the croissant for sure, the best I have had in a long time). 'De woning ligt lekker dichtbij het centrum. De netheid (schoonmaak) kon beter, zaten vele spinnenwebben op zichtplekken. Bedden waren schoon en sliepen heerlijk. Ruime kamers, ruim apartement en goede badkamer. Van veel gemakken voorzien en aanwezig. Einge nadeel vonden wij dat het zwembad niet op leefniveau was. Het apartement bevindt zich boven een (fiets)winkel. Daarnaast waren er geen parasols of andere zonwering aanwezig in de tuin.'

'Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances au Bugue, les propriétaires sont très sympa et ouvert. La maison est jolie et spatieuse et le jardin est grand avec assez de l'ombre ce qu'était vraiment necessaire pendant la forte canicule. M Toutefois, la décoration est un peu datée et un peu prête pour un renouvellement (le frigo, les coussins des sièges du jardin..). Ce jolie maison a besoin d'un petit peu d'attention en d'amour et ce sera parfait pour y retourner!'
