You can enjoy a private terrace (garden furniture) and a 2000m² garden shared with the owners and other tenants (swing, trampoline, bowling alley, deckchairs). Clemenceau beach is located 1.3 km away. In summer, the shops in the center are open (mini-market, bakery, butcher's shop, etc.) and located 250m from the house (open in the morning from November to March). The forest and hiking trails are less than 2 km away. Heating, sheets and towels included.
