This brand-new single-storey flat is nestled in villa Leventeia, in a private and secure estate. With its own entrance, it opens onto a charming little Mediterranean garden, perfect for al fresco dining or breakfast in the sun.
It is furnished with quality furniture, fully air-conditioned and comprises one bedroom with dressing/laundry room, shower room with walk-in shower, separate WC and a spacious living room with fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee machine, induction hob, fridge-freezer). The living room includes a sofa bed and a TV screen.
The flat is ideal for a couple with 1 or 2 children, allowing you to make the most of the charms of the Côte d'Azur.

The Baumette district is a calm and relaxing place, close to the sea and the picturesque paths of the Esterel forest.
The fine sandy beach of La Baumette is just 500 metres away on foot, opposite the entrance to the estate. It is ideal for children, and there are also beach restaurants, sunbathing areas and water sports available for hire. Also on the estate, a staircase leads directly to the legendary coves of the Corniche d'Or.
Nearby, a small shopping centre houses a bakery, a supermarket, a butcher's shop, several restaurants and the Agay Tennis Club.

What's more, the Esterel forest massif is waiting to be explored. With its red rocks and forest of pines and cork oaks, it's an ideal environment for hikers and mountain bikers.
The Alpes-Maritimes are just a few kilometres away and Cannes town centre is 40 minutes away by car and 30 minutes by train. The flat offers a perfect base from which to take full advantage of prestigious events and locations such as La Croisette, the Royal Regattas and the Cannes Film Festival, the Valescure golf course, the Corniche d'Or and its legendary coves. A daily boat service takes you from Saint-Raphaël to Saint-Tropez to enjoy the restaurants, clubs and luxury boutiques without the inconvenience of traffic jams.

Bed linen and towels for the main room are included in the price of the reservation.
For your convenience, linen for the sofa bed and children's towels are available for hire:
25€/week (sheets, 2 pillowcases, 2 hand towels, 2 bath towels); 20€/week (sheets, 1 pillowcase, 1 hand towel, 1 bath towel)
Beach towels are also available for hire: 6€/pers/week

The cost of additional linen hire must be paid on arrival, in cash.

A WhatsApp group will be set up as soon as you make your reservation to facilitate fast and efficient communication during your stay.
On arrival, the concierge will be on hand to welcome you and hand over the keys to the property. A digital inventory of fixtures (photos) will be posted on the group and will serve as proof in the event of damage.
If any damage is found when you check out, the amount of the damage will be deducted from the security deposit according to the priced inventory (presented on arrival).
If no damage is found, the security deposit will be automatically released by the booking platform.
