The area and the hotel are very well suited for each other. It is close enough to Paris that to enjoy it, but is a quite and peaceful oasis from the hustle and bustle of city life. If you are looking for quiet, peaceful, and simple. This is the place for you. The in house food is above average and is fresh. The available breakfast tastes amazing, with fresh pastries every morning. I found the hosts and staff very pleasant and helpful

Accueil chaleureux. Service aux petits soins malgré une arrivée tardive. Le patron a improvisé un dîner gourmand. Hôtel de charme situé dans un environnement privilégié. Je recommande.

Hotel correct mais un peu vieillot

Séjour 2 nuits pour déplacement professionnel. Situé dans le centre ancien de Saint Prix. Attention pas de restaurant à proximité donc "obligation" de diner à l'Hotel si pas motorisé. La décoration générale est assez désuète. Confort des chambres OK mais pas bien adapté à un séjour professionnel (bureau petit pour travailler, Wifi assez lent...). Prestation générale correcte mais quelques détails gâchent l'impression générale (cheveux dans la chambre, salade de fruits avariée au petit déjeuner...). Restaurant correct mais un peu cher pour ce que c'est ... Personnel très serviable. L'impression générale est que c'est vieillot. Cependant cela conviendra aux personnes qui fuient les hotels de chaîne anonymes...

Qwerky room with nautical theme, useful fridge in room. Bed comfortable & aircon noisy but effective. For was fine for one of us & fairly boring by French standards for other person. Good selection for breakfast.

Stylish, small and different

Hostellerie du Prieuré is tucked away in a village within easy travelling distance from CDG airport - so if you are travelling west / north west it is a convenient spot but nothing much there- apart from distant views right over Paris (from the village). The hotel is small with just 8 individually decorated rooms of great character (far from standard hotel chain style) Our room "Romance" was compact - clean and nicely decorated. Dinner was great - with interesting choices and again Breakfast was good (by French standards!) Neither accommodation nor food was cheap, but on balance - for a small, stylish place probably fairly priced if you want to try something different.

Truly French, Quite Lovely

This little hotel makes you feel like you've been to France. Somayeh at reception was lovely and most welcoming. Hotel very clean, quaint and charming. Breakfast excellent (we didn't have dinner). Only drawback is that Old Town Saint-Prix is only one street, which is itself very pretty with hills, narrow alleys and flowers. But you need a car to get a coffee. Also if you can't do stairs, this hotel is not for you.

Not if you're tall!

We were in the Aladin room, a tired dark room close to the kitchen so we heard everything. It was tight, very tight, no room for large suitcases. It is not a convenient village to get to Paris from, and although the village is steep and pretty, we would not pay that much again to sleep on a bed that was not long enough to fit my husbands feet and ankles, and he is only 6'1"

Perfection after 15 attempts

Been to Paris at least 15 times and more to France overall. This is THE hotel I would recommend for the first night on the first visit. Owners and Staff are delightful, professional and extremely attentive. Rooms, food, parking and location all combine to provide a unque and memorable visit.

Séjour agréable dans un hôtel correct, la chambre était propre et correct sans plus, la chambre Victor Hugo adaptée à la famille. Décoration très (trop ?) chargée. Petit déjeuner : correct malgré un beurre périmé depuis 15j et assumé par le propriétaire....

Good hotel, good good breakfast

Very nice hotel. There is virtually no parking in the hotel parking but a pblic one just up the hill behind the hotel. My stay was very nice and I would go back. I liked the breakfast but it was too expensive in my opinion. very quiet and cozy , rooms are a little special ... good for a romantic trip also.

En déplacement professionnel sur l'hôpital d'Eaubonne, cet établissement est idéalement situé. Au calme, proche, bonne restauration sur place et bonne prestation générale. "Hôtel de charme et de caractère" pourrait-on le surnommé : un style un peu vieillot mais qui en fait tout son charme.

As always a very warm welcome from our hosts, excellent food and high quality wines and cheeses in an intimate and comfortable surrounding.
