Located under the pine trees at the edge of the Roi forest and its fitness trail, this Nantes house of 110m² is built on an old dune of 700m² a few steps from the beaches and the town of Saint-Michel (church, markets, delicatessen, bakery, cinema, biscuit shop, pharmacy, post office, supermarket, press café bar and restaurants). Its garden and terrace will be ideal for sharing convivial moments. The house can accommodate up to 8 adults and 1 child.



The "Nantaise" type implies that the living areas are upstairs, which still allows, despite the pine trees and trees, to enjoy a small sea view.

Upstairs, you will find a living area consisting of a TV lounge with WiFi connection and a wood stove (wood available), an open kitchen (6/2023) onto a dining room equipped with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home (ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and much more).
