This single-storey house of 54 m², with its enclosed and secure garden of 530 m², is located 700 m from the seafront and all amenities (church, markets, delicatessen, bakery, cinema, biscuit factory, pharmacy, post office, supermarket, newsagent, café-bar and restaurants). It has two bedrooms that can accommodate up to five people.



The rental comprises a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to feel at home: ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto, toaster, kettle as well as a raclette machine. The lounge/dining room has a television and a fireplace with wood available.

For sleeping, you will enjoy a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed (140x190 and 80x190). A bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet complete the house.



For maximum comfort, the house also has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, garden furniture, a charcoal barbecue and a few sun loungers. You can park up to three cars free of charge on the enclosed and secure grounds and secure your bicycles in the house garage (up to 5 bicycles).
