'Nice place, efficient staff'

'The location was convenient and just beyond the twin cities. Overall the room was clean, but it didnt appear to have had the floors vacuumed or cleaned since the previous stay. The phone in the room did not work to make room to room calls. The toilet seat was also loose. Breakfast was good and the lady making sure things were replenished was very kind and helpful.'

'There very nice and very helpful.'

She had to figure it out on her own so took extra time. If they are having to deal with a new system there should be someone to train them or at least have more than 1 person checking...
