Upon entering, you'll find a spacious 15 m² air-conditioned bedroom featuring a luxurious King-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Adjacent to the bedroom, there's a stylish bathroom with an Italian shower and toilet, providing all the comforts you need.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with basic condiments, a coffee machine, electric kettle, stove, fridge, kitchenware, microwave, and toaster, making it easy to prepare your meals. The kitchen opens onto a 35 m² living area, where you can relax on the armchair, enjoy a movie on the TV, or dine at the seating area. A children's highchair is also available for families with little ones.

Step outside to the private patio, where you can enjoy al fresco dining under the fig tree or engage in a lively game of pétanque. The property offers uncovered parking, ensuring your vehicle is secure. For your convenience, wireless internet is available throughout the studio.

Indulge in ultimate relaxation with the private hot tub, located in the former mill wheel area. The studio also features two full bathrooms—one with a separate shower and toilet, and another with a luxurious Jacuzzi. Additional amenities include a pantry, washing machine, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, linens, and towels—all provided free of charge.

While pets are not allowed, children are welcome, and smoking is permitted outside. Please note that the property is not wheelchair accessible, and events or parties are not allowed. For your safety, the property is equipped with outdoor lighting, a carbon monoxide detector, and enhanced cleaning practices. Bedding and towels are washed at high temperatures, and contactless check-in/out is available.

Just a 2-minute walk away, you'll find the Place des Tilleuls, where you can visit the local bakery (closed Mondays), enjoy delicious pizzas from Thibault on Friday evenings, or savor crêpes at Marie-Antoinette on Sundays.
