The Space:

Discover L’Air Marin, a chalet located in Saint-Irénée, in the beautiful Charlevoix region. Offering breathtaking views of the St. Lawrence River, this chalet is an ideal destination for a getaway with family or friends, in a peaceful setting where nature, relaxation, and outdoor adventures come together.



Accommodating up to 8 guests, L’Air Marin features four bedrooms, including three with a Queen bed and one with two single beds, one full bathroom, one half bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a wood-burning fireplace. Wi-Fi access, board games, and all the essentials for an enjoyable stay are also provided.



Outside, enjoy the furnished patio while admiring the St. Lawrence River, sharing a meal, or simply taking in the peaceful surroundings. The private hot tub, available from May to October, offers a relaxing experience after a day of exploring. A year-round BBQ is also available for outdoor cooking.



The chalet and adjacent property are reserved exclusively for guests during their stay, allowing you to enjoy the surroundings in privacy.

- The private hot tub is available only from May to October.

OUTDOOR MAINTENANCE

Depending on the services applicable to the chalet, maintenance personnel may access the exterior of the property Monday through Friday, between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, for services such as hot tub maintenance, groundskeeping, snow removal, or waste management.



No indoor maintenance will be performed except in emergencies. Our team will be discreet to ensure minimal disruption to your stay. Your presence is not required during these visits.
