This nice house of traditional construction has been converted by the owners in a simple but comfortable holiday rental. Your tranquility is assured. The 2 bedrooms (with double bed and 2 single beds) + the sofa bed in the living room can accommodate from 4 to 6 people (4 adults max). The bathroom has a shower. The functional American kitchen, with counter, is fully equipped and overlooks the dining area. Elements of maritime inspiration, discreet but chosen with care, affirm the personality of the hiring. The windows open onto a pretty fenced garden with terrace and outdoor furniture.

Between Saint-Hilaire de Riez and Saint-Jean de Monts, a small privatized road leads to the holiday home. By a small road and a path through woods and dunes, it takes a few steps to reach the sandy beach 500 m. On the preserved coast, there is always room to put your towel, relax in the Vendée sun, exercise your fishing skills on foot. Going down to the port of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, you will also find surf spots or other water activities. Many hiking trails and bike paths along the coast, the cornice of Saint-Gilles and cross the wooded dunes. Beach establishments invite you to linger on the terrace and a large choice of restaurants awaits you in Saint-Jean de Monts.
